Return Policy Please inspect all packages upon receipt. Any
problems (damaged goods, shortages, or returns) must be reported within
five (5) days of receipt.
Carrier-Related Damages
Report any damages immediately
to carrier
Work with carrier to file
claim and pick up damaged carton with entire contents (do not ship
directly back to BAC)
After claim has been filed,
contact BAC for re-shipment (within five [5] days after receipt of
order)
Non Carrier-Related
Any goods received with damage
which you suspect is not carrier related, should be reported to us
within five (5) days after receipt of order
A copy of your invoice must
be available when reported
Shortages
Any shortages must be reported
within five (5) days of receipt
A copy of your invoice must
be available when reported
Returns
Please call first!
Returns must be made within
thirty (30) days after receipt of your order
Please return all items in
original container/packaging
No returns will be accepted
after the 30 day limit
A copy of your invoice must
be sent with the returned merchandise
Items must be complete and
in the original unopened container/packaging
There will be a 20% restocking
fee for returned items
Payment Information
A non-refundable 50% deposit is
required at time of frame order.
